The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of assembly work in a manufacturing environment and be able to understand and demonstrate the following:

• Proper use of Measuring Equipment (Vernier Calipers, Comparative measuring devices, etc.)
• Understanding of providing quality outputs that meet customer and company drawings
• Properly prepare quality and process related documents (QAS sheets, PPH Rate sheets, etc.).
• Experience with the manufacturing of magazine and firearm components.

• Communicates effectively both verbally and within the scope of any necessary documentation.

Skill Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years old with high school education or GED equivalent.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and percentages. Experience in statistical analysis.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend materials in English.
• Possess the ability to apply 'common sense' understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. The employee is required to collect, interpret, and/or analyze complex data and information

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend much of the time in a manufacturing environment. All work time will be spent on the production floor where temperatures may be warm in the summer months and cool in the winter months when the noise level can be moderate. Employees are responsible for wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the job.
