Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deliver specialized Pulmonology care directly to patients in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care communities, helping improve outcomes for medically complex patients while building meaningful relationships with those they serve.If you're looking for clinical autonomy, physician collaboration, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact every day, we'd love to meet you.This position serves patients throughout the Alton, IL area, providing specialty care at Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care facilities located in Alton - IL, Edwardsville - IL, and surrounding communities. Daily travel within the assigned territory is expected to support patient care and operational needs.Providers enjoy a full-time, Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends or traditional on-call responsibilities, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance. The provider will spend 1 day per week in the St. Louis area and the other 4 days in IL.
