* Location: Remote-Work from Home * Start Date: September 21, 2026 * Pay Rate: $16.00/hour * Job Type: Short Term Temporary with opportunity for extension * Schedule: Must be flexible to work rotating and shifting schedules between Monday-Friday 7am-8pm CST, Saturday 8am-3pm CST & Sunday 10 AM-3 PM CST Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking, card-related inquiries, and remittance services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team player, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner. * Provide accurate information regarding banking products, card services, and remittance transactions. * Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Document customer interactions and update account information accurately. * Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards. * Collaborate with team members and support departmental goals. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous remote work experience required. * Minimum 6 months of call center experience. * Minimum 6 months of remote/work from home experience. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. * Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities. * Basic knowledge of banking products and card services. * Basic knowledge and understanding of remittance processes. * Ability to work flexible and shifting schedules. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic computer and data entry skills. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer support environments. * Experience handling high-volume customer interactions.
