Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in an outpatient setting. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for assigned patients, ensuring quality care and patient safety. The role requires applying clinical reasoning and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to help patients achieve their recovery goals.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, typically 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization (if applicable); minimum experience required is 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy; additional certifications or specialties in physical therapy.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, documents patient progress accurately and timely, and ensures care is provided under signed physician orders within insurance guidelines. Participates in student training and maintains ongoing professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and regulatory standards, maintaining licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
