Mass Tort Associate

Mass Tort Litigation Associate Eckert Seamans is a full‑service national law firm with a strong reputation and a history of success spanning over 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 14 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution‑oriented business and litigation counsel. The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on litigation matters in a fast‑paced, active environment and directly communicate and interact with clients. Qualifications One (1) to Three (3) years of mass tort experience Experience with asbestos will be strongly considered Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently Court and deposition experience strongly preferred Massachusetts bar admission is required; Rhode Island and/or Connecticut bar admission a plus Paid parental leave 401k plan In compliance with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
