Job Description We are seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in living safer, supported lives in their own homes. The role involves following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting medication. The role also includes practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes and housework. Requirements Social care experience not required.
