Job Description We are looking to grow, are you? Tri-County Insurance Associates in Valley View, Pa is looking to add a goal-oriented customer service representative to join our insurance sales team. This individual well be a self-driven, detail oriented person who is lookingfor a career and not just a job. As our customer sales representative, you will be expected to ensure continuing care to our large book of current clients. We need an individual that is very personable and who is passionate about helping our agency grow to new heights in our laid-back and team oriented atmosphere. This customer service representative position could lead to our office manager position with the appropriate person and required passing of the Pennsylvania state insurance licensing examinations. Company mail including scanning all documents to our agency management system. Update and maintain our insurance management system. Send out birthday and sympathy cards to our clients when needed Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel. Other light clerical duties as needed. Requirements 2-4 years experience working in an office or other professional setting.
