If you thrive in a hands-on role where you can make a real difference for kids and families, this is the place for you.The Details You Need to Know: Full-Time Schedule Within Office Hours: Monday – Tuesday 8:30AM –7:00PM, Wednesday-Thursday 8:30-6:00pm, Friday 8:30-5:00pm Rotating Saturdays: 9:00AM – 2:00PM Compensation: Starting at $20.50phClinical Support DutiesGreet patients and families warmly as they arrive.Collect patient info, update records in our EMR (AthenaOne experience is a bonus!), and assist with medical histories.Take vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature — and help patients get ready for their visit.Assist with basic clinical procedures and coordinate care based on physician instructions.Keep exam rooms stocked, sanitized, and ready to go!Administrative Support DutiesAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow throughout the day.Check patients in and out, process copays, and handle balance dues with accuracy and care.Keep things organized behind the scenes to help the whole office run smoothly.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBilingual English/Spanish requiredCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) is a big plusAt least 1 year of experience in a medical office — pediatric experience is highly preferredStrong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced settingFamiliarity with medical terminology and clinical proceduresComfortable with EMR systems (AthenaOne is a bonus!)Compensation Range: $20.50ph-$22.00phThe compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting.
