Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop. Help customers build head‑to‑toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must‑have add‑ons. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find what they’ll love. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care to ensure timely delivery. Store Ops & Execution Help with daily store tasks such as restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready. Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times. Teamwork & Culture Work with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals. Participate in training and coaching to learn, grow, and level up. Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team‑oriented environment. Maintain a solution‑oriented mindset and support the team wherever needed. Qualifications Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture. Comfortable talking with people and helping customers. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.
