About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer. This role is pivotal in providing executive strategy support, fostering relationships, and managing executive operations. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to coordinate priorities, and will be involved in executive decision-making, organizational strategy, and healthcare innovation. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, attending and capturing key themes from meetings, and supporting special projects that align with the organization's goals. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships, both internally and externally, and will manage the CEO's calendar, event planning, and other coordination needs. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company is an emerging leader with a strong desire to grow in a strategic leadership role. They should be naturally relationship-driven, curious, and energized by the prospect of connecting with people and ideas. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of professional experience. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, anticipates needs, and is comfortable with ambiguity. The candidate should be able to balance strategic thinking with execution, and be adept at building trust and exercising discretion. Experience in business development, external relations, project management, or a related field is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in healthcare, nonprofit, technology, or mission-driven organizations.
