About the Role

As a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will work under the supervision of our skilled nursing team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring and reporting on resident conditions
• Providing wound care and treatments
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey

• Ability to work varying schedules

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and colleagues
