High Desert Ford is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Business Office Clerk / DMV Clerk to join our growing dealership. If you have previous automotive dealership experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities

• Process DMV paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit vehicle registration, title, and lien documentation.
• Assist with dealer trades, wholesale transactions, vehicle inventory transfers, and related documentation.
• Verify vehicle deals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Assist with contracts, funding paperwork, and other Business Office functions.
• Maintain dealership records and filing systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, DMV personnel, and dealership staff.
• Ensure all documentation complies with state, federal, and dealership requirements.
• Balance high-volume paperwork while meeting deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the Controller and Business Office staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Business Office
