Role Description

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Director- Data Management, Business Intelligence & Data Solutions to spearhead the development of a high-performing BI team. This role will focus on building and managing a team of data experts to design and implement DataMarts that integrate both structured and unstructured data sources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BI solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with AI-driven analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of BI professionals and data engineers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• BI Strategy & Delivery:
  • Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable DataMarts and data models.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Drive integration of structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable dashboards and reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams.
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design.
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.

Benefits

• The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $110,200.00 - $307,200.00.
• The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
• Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
