Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Practice Assistant to support a fast-paced healthcare practice in Madison, WI. This role is an important part of the patient care team, helping providers deliver high-quality service while ensuring patients feel supported, respected, and cared for throughout their experience.

The Practice Assistant is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a clinical or mental health setting. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, meaningful patient interaction, and the ability to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare team focused on quality care, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support providers and the patient care team with daily administrative and practice operations.
- Safeguard patient information by accurately completing, maintaining, and protecting medical records.
- Respond to verbal and electronic requests for information using proper policies, reference tools, and provider instructions.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Assist with emergency procedures and crisis situations as appropriate within practice guidelines.
- Complete additional administrative and practice support duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20 to $22 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time.
- Location: Madison, WI.
