Overview Department: Assisted Living Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts Facility: Rumford Community Home Location: Rumford, ME 04276 Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. CMH's hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. CMH also supports Central Maine Medical Group, a primary and specialty care practice organization. Responsibilities To prepare quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment. Qualifications Education and Work Experience Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred. Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired. County Specific requirement. County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
