RN: ER

Job Description: Join a busy Emergency Room as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Overland Park, Kansas. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, providing critical care in a combined adult and pediatric ER setting. Your expertise will be vital in managing cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmias, multisystem organ dysfunction, and ventilated patients. You’ll also handle IV therapy, central line management, and work with various emergency medications. The position offers the opportunity to float within scope across ER departments as needed, with a focus on providing top-tier patient care during night hours. First-time ER nurses are welcome to apply, and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC are required, with CPI and MAB preferred.
