Work in a professional and supportive environment that aims to create a positive workplace for all staff members. *What You’ll Do:* * Perform general cleaning and sanitation of local businesses in and around the Great Falls area, including Downtown, Midtown, West of Town, North of Town, and South of Town. * Ensure spaces are consistently fresh, inviting, and well-maintained. * Manage light-to-moderate cleaning tasks efficiently with a keen eye for detail. * Keep cleaning supplies organized and well-stocked, ensuring a seamless workflow. * Report any maintenance or supply needs to management promptly. *The Right Fit for This Role:* * Enjoys keeping things neat, clean, and orderly. * Has a strong attention to detail and values a polished, professional environment. * Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in high-quality work. * Works well independently and within a structured routine. * Positive attitude and professional demeanor. *Requirements:* * Must be able to pass an initial drug test (screening for hard drugs). * Must pass a background check. * Reliable transportation required. * Driver's License required. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. *What We Offer:* * Flexible scheduling: 6 - 18 hours per week, with shifts available 2, 3, 5 or 6 evenings per week. * Competitive pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience, with quick advancement opportunities.
