Development Director: Major Gifts & Endowment Lead

Sevymca is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts for the Southeast Ventura County YMCA. This role will drive sustainable revenue growth by transitioning the organization to a strong relationship-based culture of philanthropy.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, focusing on major gifts and donor development. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success.
