What You'll Do

As a Mediacom OSL Direct Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers in residential communities, introducing them to industry-leading connectivity products and services.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations within assigned territories

Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions

Educate customers on products, promotions, and the latest service offerings

Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospective customers

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs

Accurately complete sales documentation and customer records

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Required Qualifications

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others and building relationships within the community

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Results-driven with a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable working in a face-to-face, direct sales environment

Previous sales, retail, customer service, or quota-based role experience, preferred

Experience in telecommunications, direct sales, door-to-door sales, fundraising, or promotions is an asset

Basic proficiency with home internet services and service plans

Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, required

Willingness to travel throughout broad geographic territories

Ability to walk throughout designated territories and work outdoors in various weather conditions, as required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
