JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Vascular & Interventional Radiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Springfield, OH Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800-1700 onsite, plus night call Mon-Fri 1700-0800 and 24hr call Sat-Sun Call Type: Beeper (Phone Call) Call Ratio: N/A Reason for Coverage: Provider Retiring Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered COVERAGE DATES Aug 05, 2026 (0800-1700) Aug 17, 2026 (0800-1700) Aug 18-21, 2026 (0800-1700) Aug 31, 2026 (0800-1700) Sep 01-02, 2026 (0800-1700) Sep 03, 2026 (0800-1700) Sep 16-18, 2026 (0800-1700) Sep 21, 2026 (0800-1700) PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults Average Daily Volume: 12 Case Mix: Angioplasty, Embolization, Biopsy, Drainage, Ablation, Kyphoplasty FACILITY INFORMATION Trauma Level: N/A EMR System: EPIC PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, embolization, port catheter placement, biopsy, drainage, ablation, kyphoplasty. Provide onsite clinical coverage Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Provide night call coverage Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 8:00am. Provide 24-hour call coverage on weekends.
