As a module expert, you take responsibility in international projects – from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration and go-live. Whether your strength lies in Employee Central, Recruiting, or another module – we offer the environment for you to grow and thrive. What you can expect Delivery of SuccessFactors implementations as part of large-scale HR transformation programs >Responsibility for one or more modules (e.g. EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, Time, LMS, Compensation etc.) Leading client workshops, defining solution designs, and performing configuration Close collaboration with Delivery Leads, integration teams, and near‑/offshore colleagues Involvement in pre‑sales phases (e.g. RfPs, effort estimations, demo system support). The earliest possible start date for this role is January 2026.
