Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid credential as a paraprofessional or in a closely related field (must be fully credentialed and able to start within 2-3 days’ notice)
• Minimum of 2 full years’ experience working in schools as a paraprofessional, behavior technician (BT), registered behavior technician (RBT), or closely related role
• Significant, hands-on special education expertise during those 2 years—no exceptions
• Flexibility to work with any age group or caseload as assigned
• Willingness to perform toilet assistance and diapering when required
• Demonstrated reliability—punctuality and accurate completion of sign-in/out timesheets are mandatory for payment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with special needs in classroom and other school environments
• Follow individualized education program (IEP) goals and collaborate with educators and service providers
• Assist with behavioral interventions, academic activities, and daily living tasks as needed
• Adapt quickly to new placements and team settings
