Location: Tuba City, AZ
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12s (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
EMR: Allscripts
Experience: 3+ years Acute Care (minimum 2 years in acute/sub-acute)
License: Active RN License in AZ
Certifications Required: AHA BLS & ACLS (TCAR & NIHSS within 6 months)

Requirements:
Acute Care Unit (ACU) experience
Active RN License
AHA BLS & ACLS
COVID/Flu declinations accepted with completed forms
