Job Title

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience

Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by remaining calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush

Demonstrate punctuality, dependability and adaptability

Assist the Store Manager with training new team members

Serve as a keyholder, opening or closing store

Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner

Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales
