Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a QA Automation Technical Lead on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on QA leader with strong expertise in automation, Java/Python, SQL, API testing, AWS, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation strategy, framework development, and implementation.

• Develop and maintain automated test solutions using Java and Python .

• Automate functional, API, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

• Design testing solutions for AWS, cloud applications, and microservices .

• Conduct code reviews and mentor QA engineers.

• Drive shift-left testing, quality engineering, and continuous improvement.

• Explore AI/Generative AI for test generation, test data, defect analysis, and automation optimization.

• Define QA metrics and support release readiness.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation and Technical Leadership .

• Proficiency in Java and/or Python .

• Strong SQL and database knowledge.

• Experience with API testing, microservices, and automation frameworks .

• Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD/DevOps .

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven testing or Generative AI .

• Performance testing and cloud-native testing experience.

• Experience establishing automation standards, QA metrics, and governance.
