Director of Growth Marketing

Flyhomes is looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to build and own our demand generation engine. This is a true builder role. You'll set strategy, dig into the data, shape campaigns, review creative and landing pages, design experiments, and work directly with the team to turn insights into growth.

You'll own growth across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, website and portal conversion, and measurement, with the autonomy to decide what to test, what to optimize, and where the biggest opportunities are.

What You’ll Own

• Refine our ICP and build meaningful audience segments based on company profile, behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, and product usage.
• Turn audience insights into more personalized messaging, offers, journeys, and campaigns.
• Own lifecycle strategy across email, newsletters, portal communications, webinars, website experiences, and product messaging.
• Improve conversion from initial engagement through hand raises, portal usage, scenario submission, and repeat engagement.
• Lead paid acquisition strategy across audience, messaging, creative, landing pages, CTAs, and downstream lead quality.
• Identify funnel friction, prioritize experiments, and continuously test new ways to improve growth.
• Connect learnings across paid, lifecycle, website, portal, and product behavior to make better decisions.
• Define the growth measurement framework and build visibility into what is working, where users drop off, and what to optimize next.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales, Product, RevOps, agencies, and contractors to turn strategy into execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, product growth, or a related field.
• Strong experience building and optimizing B2B demand generation funnels.
• Deep understanding of ICP development, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong judgment across paid media, email, messaging, landing pages, CTAs, and funnel strategy.
• Comfortable working directly in the data and turning messy signals into clear actions.
• Able to move easily between strategy and execution.
• Strong cross-functional skills and experience working with agencies, specialists, Sales, Product, and Marketing Ops.
• Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable building in a fast-moving environment with limited structure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, fintech, or another complex B2B2C industry.
• Experience marketing to loan officers, brokers, financial advisors, or distributed sales teams.
• Experience with HubSpot, GA4, PostHog, or similar tools.
• Strong CRO and landing page optimization experience.
• Experience connecting marketing activity with product usage and downstream conversion.
• Experience using AI to accelerate analysis, experimentation, and marketing workflows.
