Senior Network Architect

Seeking a full-time Senior Network Architect to work remotely, who will engage in complex customer needs by building, configuring, and troubleshooting production environments while providing deep domain expertise in voice network architecture and integration. Key responsibilities Lead technical engagements for customer projects, including voice network migrations and advanced feature adoption Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis, ensuring optimal voice network health and security Design and architect enterprise voice network solutions, addressing complex issues and coordinating with vendors Required qualifications Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in voice network engineering or solutions engineering Expertise in voice network architecture, including SIP trunk configuration and QoS policies Experience with SBC or SD-WAN deployments and troubleshooting voice quality issues Proven track record of implementing PBX-to-cloud or SIP trunking migrations Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP Collaboration, Avaya, or Microsoft Teams Voice preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
