PRN Speech-Language Pathologist

Berkshire Post Acute in Sacramento, CA is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for post-acute and long-term care patients. In this on-site role, you will complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and medical teams, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning, all within a compassionate, patient-first, and team-oriented environment.
