HR & Admin Manager

1. Human Resources Management: o Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. o Oversee performance evaluations, compensation, benefits, and career development programs. o Handle employee relations, including labor disputes, grievances, and exit management. o Ensure company policies comply with Thai labor laws and regulations. 2. Administrative Management: o Oversee daily administrative operations, including office equipment management, vendor coordination, and logistics support. o Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements. o Manage company documents, contracts, and records to ensure compliance and accuracy. 3. Manufacturing Support: o Assist in developing and implementing HR policies related to production, such as shift scheduling and safety training. o Ensure the factory environment meets health and safety standards. o Support production teams with staffing and training needs. 4. Cross-Cultural Communication: o Act as a bridge between Chinese management and Thai employees to ensure clear communication. o Help resolve communication issues arising from cultural differences.
