IT Project Coordinator
Build your project experience while supporting the teams behind important IT initiatives.
As an IT Project Coordinator youll help IT&S leadership plan and execute projects that support organizational needs and program goals. From organizing project documentation to capturing key meeting outcomes your work will help teams stay informed and keep projects moving.
This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with project coordination with direct guidance as you work through straightforward and moderately complex assignments.
What Youll Do
- Keep project information organized. Create maintain and archive documentation so teams have clear accessible records throughout each project.
- Support project execution. Follow established PLC project processes and guidelines to help IT&S projects reach completion.
- Connect the details across initiatives. Document dependencies constraints benefits and tradeoffs to help identify risks across related projects and portfolios.
- Make meetings productive. Prepare agendas and summarize strategic planning discussions due diligence findings and oversight meetings for clients vendors and IT teams.
- Help improve how work gets done. Identify process improvement opportunities contribute practical solutions and support the implementation of changes.
- Support IT&S leadership. Assist with project planning and coordination to keep work aligned with organizational priorities.
What Youll Bring
- A bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
Pay Rate: $25 per hr
