Our Inside Sales Team generates qualified seller opportunities and scheduled listing appointments , giving you more time to focus on meeting homeowners, presenting listings, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions .

Compensation:
$100,000 + Annually
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with motivated sellers and conduct listing consultations
Develop pricing, marketing, and listing strategies
Manage listings from launch through closing
Present and negotiate offers and contracts
Build strong seller relationships and generate referrals
Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction teams
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Virginia-licensed Real Estate Agent who is driven to win listings, grow their production, and build lasting client relationships.
Active Virginia Real Estate License required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Confident, professional, and client-focused
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Coachable and committed to proven sales systems
Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
Team-oriented with a strong growth mindset
Listing or real estate sales experience preferred , but not required
