Dermatology Health & Science Specialist (AA) - Chattanooga, TN

Pfizer seeks a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. This field-based specialty sales role requires strong selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and ability to navigate reimbursement across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology market
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access to therapies
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's with 8+ years experience or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record
• Field-based work requiring residence within assigned territory and ability to travel
• Strong specialty selling skills and deep dermatology disease-state knowledge
• Experience navigating formulary access and specialty reimbursement pathways
• Demonstrated digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base plus sales incentive bonus
