Details Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting Late shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (5x8) No weekend shifts required Caseload of 12–14 patients per day, averaging approximately 60 patients per week Double-booking is standard practice at most locations EMR system: RainTree Requirements Active PT license required if applicable New graduates will not be considered for this position Ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload in a fast‑paced outpatient environment 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7‑year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information Full support staff is available at every location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs to assist with patient flow Orientation is provided by the Clinic Director prior to the assignment start date and includes staff introductions, EMR training on RainTree, and shadowing treatments Day two of orientation is expected to be fully independent patient care All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application Benefits Premium medical, dental, vision and life insurance beginning day one; generous 401(k) match; substantial housing stipends; 24/7 support and access to in‑house clinicians.
