LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. This position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime and requires a commitment to patient care excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and health status.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans.
Provide education and support to residents and their families.
Assist with daily living activities and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Shift Details

Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Shifts: Three 12-hour shifts per week
Weekend Rotation: Every third weekend
Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
BLS Certification required.

Employment Details

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with the possibility of 48 hours.
Overtime: Available as needed.
Work Schedule: Sunday through Saturday.

Local placements only within 80 miles.
A fee may be charged for cancellations with less than a 14-day notice.
Housing options may be available under local rates.
