Assistant Manager

They're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Do

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Lead, motivate, and coach a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and cost management.

Create a positive and professional work environment for both staff and guests.

Handle guest concerns quickly and effectively to ensure great experiences.

What They're Looking For

Previous restaurant or hospitality management/supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

A hands-on leader who leads by example and supports their team.
