Job Title Dishwasher Responsibilities The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment. This role ensures that the kitchen and dining areas remain safe, clean, and fully stocked to support smooth restaurant operations. The Dishwasher ensures all items are cleaned according to health and safety standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, shelves, and machines. Assist kitchen staff by providing clean kitchen tools and equipment promptly. Ability to follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures consistently. Requires alignment with our core values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork. At least one (1) year of previous back‑of‑house kitchen experience is preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment The employee is required to work with long periods of standing, in a kitchen environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods of time. Work environment includes heat and steam, cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment. Location and Travel The position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out‑of‑state markets.
