Automotive Store Manager
Experienced and Bilingual Automotive Store Manager wanted to lead a team of service advisors and automotive technicians. We have been proudly serving the northern peninsula for over 50 years, earning a stellar reputation for friendly service, quality workmanship, and excellent value. We're an independent, family-owned shop that treats both our customers and employees like family. We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can lead daily operations, inspire a close-knit team, and maintain the high standards that have made our company a trusted name in the community. Qualifications of Store Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or technical program preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
