We are looking for Back of House Team Members! Physical ability to repeatedly lift 15-20lbs is a requirement for some positions within the kitchen. As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Roxboro, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring order accuracy. Your attention to detail, speed, and commitment to our Core Values will contribute to our Shared Vision of being the world's most caring company.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Food Preparation:
• Follow Chick-fil-A's guidelines to prepare and cook menu items
• Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards
• Maintain inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed
• Order Accuracy:
• Accurately assemble food items based on customer requests
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns
• Kitchen Organization:
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs
• Efficiency and Speed:
• Work efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A's commitment to fast service without compromising on order accuracy
• Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely order delivery
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
• Support fellow team members in their roles to maintain a high level of efficiency and service excellence

Qualifications and Requirements cont:

• Attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required

• $12-$15 per hour
