Manufacturing Reliability Technician & Floor Troubleshooter

Mars Petcare is seeking a Reliability Technician for our Kansas City facility. You will provide hands‑on technical support, build maintenance capabilities on the shop floor, and drive targets for safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires troubleshooting, preventative maintenance with SAP, and leadership to improve equipment reliability while promoting a culture of technical excellence.
