Genesis Revenue Recovery seeks a Lead Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in debt collection operations. You will conduct audits, draft regulatory responses, and mentor junior staff within the Compliance Department. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in compliance roles, strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication skills.
