Staff Engineer, Design Verification

As a Staff Design Engineer, you will design and analyze digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape‑out revisions Lead all aspects of and manage the layout process, including floor‑planning, placement, and routing Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators Contribute to cross‑group communication to work toward standardization and group success Work with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of product Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality Drive innovation into future memory generations within a dynamic work environment Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of design experience or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience Experience building automation pipelines or tooling in an engineering environment Experience working on larger datasets using Python and common ML/data libraries Experience developing new transactors and hybrid emulation models Salary & Benefits The US base salary range for this full‑time position is: $145,000.00 - $246,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
