This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees while providing administrative support to help ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is temporary with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors. Scan, organize, and upload documents into company systems. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist office staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
