Job Title: Pyspark DeveloperWork Location : Tampa, FloridaDesign develop and maintain data pipelines using PySpark for largescale data processingPerform data transformations aggregations and validations using Spark SQL Data FramesWrite and optimize SQL queries for data extraction reconciliation and reportingPerform data quality checks profiling and consistency validationsSupport existing data pipelines by troubleshooting failures and performing root cause analysisWork closely with data engineers analysts QA and DevOps teams in Agile delivery modelsOptimize performance of Spark jobs for efficiency and scalabilityMaintain technical documentation workflows and runbooksFollow enterprise standards for coding deployment and change management 712 years of experience in Big Data Data Engineering rolesStrong handson experience with PySpark Apache SparkSolid understanding of SQL and relational database conceptsExperience working in LinuxUNIX environmentsUnderstanding of ETL concepts and largescale data processingStrong analytical and debugging skillsExperience supporting production data pipelines Exposure to Azure Databricks ADF Synapse or similar cloud data platformsExperience with Hadoop ecosystem Hive HDFSKnowledge of orchestration tools eg AirflowPython scripting beyond Spark use casesFamiliarity with Agile DevOps delivery practicesDomain exposure eg Banking BFSI Analytics is an advantage Strong problemsolving and ownership mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teamsGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to adapt quickly in dynamic project environments
