Title : Recruiter IV Location : Lake Forest, IL Duration : 12 Month's 100% Onsite We are Role Overview Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring for Sales roles within the Diagnostics organization Responsible for building robust pipelines for high-impact sales positions in a fast-paced environment Requires extensive experience sourcing sales talent with strong understanding of sales profiles, competencies, and market dynamics Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand sales-specific hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Sales roles, including field sales, inside sales, account management, and go-to-market positions Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, competitive intelligence, and direct outreach to identify and engage top talent Conduct initial candidate screenings focusing on sales experience, performance history, territory alignment, business acumen, and overall fit Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs within Diagnostics Proactively engage passive candidates and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure continuous talent flow Track, analyze, and report sourcing activity and pipeline metrics, providing regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team Stay updated on sales talent market trends, competitive landscape, and best sourcing practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a strong focus on Sales roles Demonstrated success sourcing for quota-carrying sales positions Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and sales talent markets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage sales professionals effectively Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms Consultants Eligible Benefits Upon Waiting Period: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Vision Plan Health Savings Account (for High Deductible Health Plans) Flexible Spending Accounts (Health, Limited Purpose, Dependent Care, Commuter Parking and Commuter Transit) Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability (coverage varies by state) Long Term Disability Critical Illness, Hospital coverage, Accident Insurance MetLife Legal, MetLife ID Fraud, and MetLife Pet Insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Abbott
