Core Responsibilities: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle, by asking questions and actively listening to their responses * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to clients * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase * Build strong relationships with clients * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable demonstration of new/used vehicles * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company best practices * Participate in team and process development sessions maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management Desired Qualifications and Experience: * Availability to work evenings and Saturdays * Prior automobile sales experience * Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales * Enthusiastic, with high energy throughout the day * Outgoing and friendly personality * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
