Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located within an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to facilitate patients' return to community activities. The position offers a 12-week assignment starting on 09/07/2026, primarily scheduled during daytime hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, one or more years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and ability to start on 09/07/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse patient populations and familiarity with outpatient therapy protocols.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, documents medical records accurately and timely, and adheres to all relevant regulatory and organizational policies. Completes all required continuing education and maintains licensure in good standing. Actively participates in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
