Dialysis RN

Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Dialysis RN to provide safe, evidence-based dialysis care to medically complex rehab patients in our Lexington, KY inpatient facility. In this role, you’ll perform assessments, plan and deliver hemodialysis treatments, monitor responses, and manage vascular access while coordinating closely with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary rehab team. You’ll educate patients and families, uphold strict infection control, document in the EHR, and support our mission-driven, patient-centered culture focused on compassion, collaboration, and quality outcomes.
