REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Traveler Experience: Required Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: LDRP, Mother/Baby, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Use of External and Internal Fetal Monitoring, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Breastfeeding Support/lactation support, circulating c/s Certs: BLS, AWHONN and NRP 800 births per year PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: EPIC JOB DETAILS: Ratios: 1:4 (couplet care, includes mom/babies) Shift: Nights 1845-0715 (36 or 48 hrs) Can offer 13-26 weeks Call Requirement: REQUIRED; 2 mandatory call shifts per 6-week schedule Float Requirement: Yes they will float to assist other units Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend PATIENT DIAGNOSES: LDRP and Mother/Baby SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is an LDRP Unit, Couplet Care Ratios 1:4, Yes they will float to assist other units, not take assignments.
