Customer Service Representative (Print Production & Client Support)Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative at ABC Imaging, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their printing, production, and graphic communication needs are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. This role bridges client service and print production coordination, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main liaison between clients and print production teams, ensuring accurate communication of job specificationsHandle incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in personProvide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specificationsTrack and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issuesCollaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfactionMaintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order documentation in print management systemsTroubleshoot and resolve customer service and production-related issues quickly and professionallySupport workflow efficiency by coordinating across prepress, production, and finishing teamsQualificationsPrevious experience in the printing, graphics, or print production industry preferredBackground in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship managementStrong understanding of print terminology, file formats (PDF, InDesign, etc.), and production workflowsExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven print production environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with print management or job tracking systems is a plus
