Compensation: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour Responsibilities include: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications include: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
